Save this form and complete this form electronically. This form must be completed, signed by both parents before e-mailing it to enrolments@dccschool.co.za

Alternatively this form can be printed out, completed entirely by hand and handed in at the reception office at the school or posted to the Principal at PO BOX 30648, 39 Galway Road, Mayville, Durban, 4058.

Acceptance of the application form does not guarantee acceptance to the school.

Parents are advised to seek admission early as places are frequently oversubscribed before the admission date.

In the year preceding proposed admission, parents will be contacted via email. If no correspondence is received from the school by June of the year preceding the admission year, it is the parents responsibility to contact the school

How to Apply

The Application Form must be accompanied by the following documents (certified copies):

1. Learner’s birth certificate / passport

2. Learner’s immunisation card

3. Both Parents’ ID / passport Work permit

4. Up-to-date proof of Income / Pay slips or 3 months bank statements

5. Proof of Residence (electricity bill or rental contract

6. Recent Report (Grade 1 – 7 ) Learner’s ID photo x 1

7. Pastor’s letter of recommendation

8. R600 Registration fee (non refundable)

9. R5 000 deposit as confirmation of acceptance

Durban Christian Centre School is an independent educational institution, which sets its own annual budget. The School Board reserves the right to revise fees annually.

A) Registration Fee

This is a non-refundable fee of R600 and is payable on application for registration.

B) Tuition Fee Payments

Statements will be sent via email on the 1st of each month.

A special concession will be granted to parents with three or more children in school.

Annual option: Fees are payable in advance. The final day for Annual payment is the last day of January. (Proof of payment must be forwarded to finance@dccschool.co.za by 31st.)

Monthly option: Fees are payable in advance by debit order only. Dates for debit orders range from 1st to last day of the month as per parent’s preference. A charge will be levied for any debit order not provided for.

No cash payments accepted on the school premises.

C) Deposit

The deposit comprises of a once off amount of R1000 is payable with the deposit which does not go towards fees but into a fund for school improvements.
