Thank you very much for showing an interest in Durban Christian Centre School to which you would like to send your child.
We have pleasure in enclosing our admission package.
Application Information
- Download our application form.
- Save this to your hard drive, complete this form electronically before printing. This form must be completed, signed by both parents before handing it in at the reception office at the school or posted to The Principal, Durban Christian Centre School, PO Box 30648, Mayville, 4058.
- Alternatively this form can be printed out, completed entirely by hand and handed in at the reception office at the school or posted to the Principal at the above address.
- Acceptance of the application form does not guarantee acceptance to the school.
- Parents are advised to seek admission early as places are frequently oversubscribed before the admission date.
- In the year preceding proposed admission, parents will be contacted via email. If no correspondence is received from the school by June of the year preceding the admission year, it is the parents responsibility to contact the school
How to Apply
- Learner’s birth certificate / passport
- Learner’s immunisation card
- Both Parents’ ID / passport Work permit
- Up-to-date proof of income / pay slips or 3 months bank statements
- Proof of residence (electricity bill or rental contract
- Recent report (Grade 1 – 6 ) Learner’s ID photo x 2
- Pastor’s letter of recommendation
- R 3 00 Registration fee (non refundable)
- R 4 000 deposit as confirmation of acceptance
